My name is Stella Espinoza Browne. I am an attorney who focuses my firm to the practice of Family Law and Criminal Law. We practice in courtrooms throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.

 

I hope you have found this website helpful. After years of practice in the area of Family Law, it became clear to me that many times clients can adequately represent themselves in non-contested or simple cases. As such, I developed our "Documents Done Right" program to assist Litigants who choose to handle their own case. I remain committed to assisting clients represent themselves and assisting them with accessing appropriate legal information. In fact, I am available for consultation or to "coach" clients and provide them with consultation services when they choose to retain primary responsibility for their case. However, I always remain available to represent clients who, for whatever reason, cannot or choose not to represent themselves.

 

I have a background in Psychology and in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a strong counseling and advocacy background, I offer dignified, compassionate and aggressive representation. I strongly believe that many cases can be resolved without  judicial intervention. However, when settlement is not possible, I have the experience to aggressively litigate cases quickly and efficiently.

 

To that end, I am strongly committed to providing personalized and professional representation to each   client. Each case is unique and may require different case strategy. While I cannot guarantee a particular outcome - no attorney can or should do that -  I   am committed to remaining accessible and providing personalized attention to each client.
