How can your document preparation program  help me with my case?

Our program provides a wide array of self-help  legal      documents that have been reviewed by an attorney and are tailored to your case based on information you provide to us. We can help Litigants save thousands of dollars in   attorney fees by helping  Litigants with the preparation of documents needed to initiate and complete their case.

 

What kinds of documents can your document preparation program prepare for me?

We can provide a wide range of home, business and legal documents. We can help Litigants with Divorce, Child     Support, Child Custody, Prenuptial Agreements, Small Claims,  Name Changes, Powers of Attorney, and more. Call our office for more information and so we can discuss your case needs with you.

 

How does your document preparation program work?

Call our office to schedule an intake appointment. You will be quoted a fee based on the circumstances of your case. At the appointment you will need to pay the fee and the     documents will begin to be prepared. The documents are normally ready a few days later. If you need your documents immediately, Rush services are available at an additional charge.

 

Who will represent me?

Our program is designed to provide Litigants with “self-help” legal solutions. Litigants will represent themselves “in pro per”. This means that Litigants are acting as their own attorney.

 

Can you provide me legal information?

Yes. Our Document Preparation Team can provide general legal information answers ONLY -- not legal advice -- since they are not  attorneys.

 

What happens if I need legal advice or if I need the help of an attorney?

At  any  point  in  time  during  your  case,  you  can  schedule   an appointment  to   meet  with  an  attorney  to  discuss  your  case 

in-depth and to discuss case strategy at an hourly charge.

 

How much will it cost? Will I save money?

We offer professional legal document preparation that has been reviewed by an attorney at a fraction of the cost of retaining an attorney’s  services to handle your case. Our service can save you hundreds, if not       thousands of dollars. Call our office for a quote.

 

How long will it take to get my documents ready for filing with the court?

Our Legal Document Preparation team will work quickly to ensure your      documents are prepared professionally and as quickly as possible. Generally they will be ready within a few days from the time you  provide us with your information and pay your fee.

The “Self-Help” document preparation program is a division of the Law Offices of Stella Espinoza Browne. The Law Offices of Stella Espinoza Browne focuses its practice to the area of Family Law and Criminal Law. Ms. Espinoza Browne is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Mexican-American Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino County  Bar Association, and the San Bernardino County  Bar Association.
